1. Services Offered
Dazzl Lighting & Home provides permanent lighting installation, maintenance, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may require an in-person consultation or virtual estimate prior to project acceptance.
2. Estimates, Deposits & Payments
- All pricing is provided via written estimate.
- A non-refundable deposit is required before scheduling or beginning work.
- Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Non-payment may result in removal of installed materials and/or legal collection efforts.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, we require notice at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if a project is canceled without sufficient notice or after materials have been ordered.
4. Ownership & Warranty
- Installed lighting systems remain the property of the client once paid in full.
- Warranty details vary by product and are provided at the time of installation.
- Dazzl is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, or improper maintenance unless otherwise covered under warranty.
5. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Dazzl Lighting & Home, which may include:
- Appointment reminders
- Project updates
- Promotional messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt-out, reply STOP at any time.

Your phone number will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
